There are many e-commerce portals cropping up these days. I am not sure how old Zivame.com is but I so regret shopping from that portal. This is the second time I have placed an order, and till date have not received it , order was placed on 23rd April (today is 9th May) ! Excluding the 2 saturdays and sundays its been 13 days ! When I called the customer care last week , they said it has been delivered to some Mrs/Mr. Rao. I told them there is no person with that name living in and around my home. After further cross checking and multiple STD calls from my end, they acknowledged it has not yet been shipped and it was actually a code RAO reflecting on their system. They dont know what that code stands for. Two days later some one called from their office just to tell me they still have no idea where the shipment is and they still have not been able to decode RAO ! Finally today on calling them they have confirmed the shipment of the product on 5th May.

I am waiting for this order to come , and never will I ever use the portal again. I had similar experience the first time round also where they took 15 days to fulfill my order. Their staff is under trained, they have no processes in place. Extremely ,extremely avoidable portal !
