I rented apartment in Tower - 12/Apt 901. I had terrible experience from maintenance department, owner and middleman. There are lot of middleman, you never able to reach to owner. Maintenance office works for owner and treat tenant as second citizen. They will even abuse or don't give you right information because of which you end up paying more maintenance of electricity charges. sometime maintenance office will ask for bribe even. all security person will mus-behave with you, specially your women if you are from outside of Gurgoan. you will need to come in and go out in specific time, someone will park car in your slot and no one will help you. Rather they will force you to park car outside. I would recommend orchid patel. this has little problematic access but maintenance is very supportive and living is peaceful.
