How next retail online customer care /operation team is working; see below – (Negative rating very-very poor) – No Where stand in online retail




  1. I placed a order on 1st Dec 2012 for washing machine




  2. After waiting approx one week no response from your customer care and status was processing




  3. I mailed for status but no response till 2-3 days




  4. Then I have to call your customer care and he asked me there is some internal problem and within 3 days they will deliver this.




  5. After passing 4 days I called no one pick call even tries 2-3 times




  6. Send email but again no response




  7. After getting faded such disgusting customer care I asked to cancel my order but again no response




  8. Then again I called on 13th Dec for cancellation he asked they your order will cancel and will refund all amount




  9. But after 5 days same status processing




  10. Then again send mail/generate ticket but no response




  11. Then call again and your customer care executive asked I can understand your problem today will cancel.




  12. Let see what will happen.






But I can ensure in such way you people cannot stand in competitive market.


First cancel my order and refund my money. Else after one week I will go consumer court for this.
