Once upon a time, in a land not so far away and a time distinctly recognizable, there were two friends - Diaper Buddies, I like to call them- who crossed hearts and swore eternal friendship, scraped their elbows and knuckles on large mountains of gravel, rolled about in sand in wild frolic, ate chalk while sitting on the last benches in the snubbing classrooms, exchanged tiffins and tales during break, created secret codes and wrote letters about the existence of Wee Willie Winkie.
