This is regarding the landline no 0804214XXXX which is not working,


Today Bunch of idiots visited by 7pm in evening first they said that your epbx prob then line prob where epbx was working properly they spoiled it & said that we are connecting it directly after few min after direct connection the problem was same . I called them and asked for providing the wireless connection on the same number for temporary basis, because this is an official number as we are into sales & customer support industry we can not afford to loose single min of productivity wireless connection is been denied by your call center representative vishva . He do not gave me operation dept mail.id neither ceo office mail id nor corporate office mail id so what purpose you people have open customer care department just to take complain & there is no solution for that what are the backup plan for the problem resolve . I came to know that your exchange is shifting so we are facing the issue this is not been intimated to us through the maill otherwise we would have made our backup there is no contingency plan offered to us till now how will you compensate it. This is the worst attitude toward a customer complain . its the most pathetic service with a bunch of idiots .
