I am having saving’s account with ICICI bank, M.G road branch, Bangalore, 29th august, 2009, I was trying to withdraw the amount from ATM. But, I could not able to with draw the amount despite, I had enough money around 85,000 rupees. Later, I contacted ICICI bank I was found that there were no money in my account. Later, I found that entire amount 85,000 has been taken from my account illegally by some outsider through online. Someone, transfer the 85000 rupees to some account from my account in 2 transaction as 50,000 and 35,000. Totally, 85,000 rupees has been taken from my account through online facility available on ICICI bank on 28-08-2009. Complaint already launched. Since, two month no updates heard from ICICI side. I believe someone working inside the ICICI call centre pass my confidential info and manage to get into my account and tranfer the money. ICICI bank know on which account the money had been tranferred. But, still no action taken from their side. I launched complaint to RBI. Still, no action. In india law and order system is very weak. They are not care about the public. it is a curse to indian society. Our police security system evrything weak. If lodge a complain to police , they might take 2 weeks to understand this fraud. Most of them not aware about the netbanking. But, other hand fraudter is highly sophidticated and they are well advance and 2generation ahead of our police security system. Big loop hole in our system. We cannot help it. Better, transfer the salary as soon as credited to some bank without netbanking servise. Because, hardened money you save big amount for few years and the money will be looted overnight. It is very bad........ICICI bank are other kind of A** , they won't do anything even you lodge a complaint. They will study your case and they tighten their security system. They won't do more then that at last you will receive below mail,
