Today I went to Pantaloons in Cross River Mall near Karkardooma Court in East Delhi. There I purchased a sweatshirt whose list price was Rs.799, & the salesman told that it was available at 30% discount as there was no tag on it, i.e. it would have costed Rs.559 as per their display board. But when I went billing counter, they told me that, I could only avail 25% discount as per their computer. I felt cheated & annoyed at that moment, as at the first place the salesmen should have been aware about the discount rate before telling the customers. So, after few arguments, I was forced to pay Rs.599 at 25% discount.
