hi,manoj diwakar placed two order with indiatimes:-3000002168,3000002172 on 21st november they assure me that I get my products within 7 days but after a regular follow up on 5th of december they call and told us that sir product is out of stock and they not provide us but product still showing on website,and after that they told me that they refund in 3 days but till now I not get any refund I waste lots of time and money with them and there customer service is so pathetic ,they not listen any concern seriously,so in future never ever buy any product from indiatimes ,they are cheap or say 3rd class service
