Sales guy promised me next day connection but it took 4 days to get activated my HD Stream 2, 50 mbps and 50 gb. I curse myself for opting Hathway, deactivating my BSNL BB connection. I have made 7 complaints in 12 days for "No Internet". Customer-care executives take 15 -20 mts and place you on hold and telephone gets disconnected . Promises that their supervisor will call back never materialized. With BSNL BB I had to resort to complain once a week now with HATHWAY, it is every days affair.


I am in " from frying pan to fire" situation.


Loosing sleep over Hathway Internet. I request please do not opt Hathway unless you would like to suffer.


Wrote to bangalorehelpdesk@hathway.net and billingbangalore@hathway.net. No response so far.


Pl help me out is there any forum to take upon such Internet service providers to take the war at next level.
