With reference to HCP NO. 165226 & Service ID KOL1802150019 I would bring to your attention that my fridge has been in and out of Kolkata service center for at-least 5 times in a year or so. Last time they( Millenium Service Behala, Kolkata.) changed the cooling coil and for it they kept it in their workshop for more than 40 days.As it came to my place it was working but not as efficiently as it should. However I managed with it somehow but lately it was taken to their workshop last week for it failed to cool at all and after calling them today I was told again the cooling coil failed. A part might fail that's not the issue but how long a customer is kept waited to have it serviced that really scares me. Last time it took 40 days and only after communicating through social media it was serviced and somehow sent to my place. I just stated the facts and let yo know so that I don't have to get under the same harassment again because of some pathetic service standards and excuses of unavailability of parts. I hope that this finds the concerned person's attention and serviced ASAP by which I obviously mean a couple of days and not weeks or months.
