there is company called Samsung. It manufactures all kinds of electronic goods. Company makes lots of claims. But they have forgotten to make a claim about carrying the most lousy service attitude. in more than three weeks they have not been able to establish accountability of their own service centers and engineers. They run a sham in the name of the CEO office. It is manned by the junior most employees who have been tutored to parrot a standard reply.
