Hi all, I recently took my Maruti desire DL13XXXXXX to Bimal Auto Agency Mahadevpura for body shop repair.I was raised with Job card no:JC15001519, The cost & estimation given by the body shop was 7000 & got the bill of 14000 at the end of the day.There was small dent on the fender which was changed without my consent by Bimal Guys, contrary to earlier promise of getting it repaired . I have given my car earlier here for servicing & now I doubt the charges was at higher side. My ordeal doesn't end here I had claimed insurance with New India Assurance on 14 th April till date on 26 th April the claim is not settled. I seriously doubt their intention.

To day I am trying out Pratam Motors for some work lets see how it work out.
