HI,


I bought home theatre(HTD3510G) from saravana stores(T-nagar) on 14Nov2013. In the warranty card, the contact person phone number was mentioned for free installation. The person name is Mayan(9655444343). this guy is not responding properly for my call and he is speaking like, he owned Philips company(very lethargic manner). He is the responsible person to split up service engineers to various location I guess. For the past 2 weeks, he is playing with me, telling the service engineer will come today or tomorrow. I am not sure, who is this guy. he is spoiling Philips brand name. Finally this guy saying that the free installation time is over(1 month), now u have to pay for installation.
