Piano
Over the past few weeks things were a little different for Paul. It is now it made sense to him what was that all about. Paul is the last son of the great victor family. Being the last son of the family Paul had all the love and importance that the others did not have. The victors were rich enough that they owned the entire town .Paul Victor looking handsome enough that he laid almost all the girls and women in the town to bed. He enjoyed each and every day, had whatever he want, he literally swam in the wealth of the victor family.
But now things had changed .He was still and as cold as the winter wind, still he had a little hope that someone might help him. Wake him up from his dream come real hell. Paul’s courage had paid him now. He could remember his last words what he said before entering that old mansion “I am afraid of nothing, nothing can scare me, Paul you are a real man”. He hated himself now for those words. He glittered in the dim low light of the mansion room with his face staring at the cracked walls which displayed the underlying red bricks.
The mansion was abandoned since many years that the people in the town did not even remember that it still existed. But not Paul, how could he forget the mansion. It was Paul’s long dying dream to visit the mansion alone. He wanted to spend a lonely night in the mansion all alone. Though he had fear lying in the heart about what had happened to the mansion he still loved to visit it. He dressed up in his favorite black suite. Paul didn’t have his dinner that night and informed his maid that he is visiting one of his old friends and will not return that night.
The mansion was owned by a fat lady named Ashley. She was all alone in the mansion. The whole town called her the Mansion Ashley. The mansion was her world and not even a single soul form the town has seen her out of the mansion. It was many years since the mansion was caught on fire and all left was the cracked walls of the mansion. No one could find her body; everything went to ashes including Old Ashley except a black upright piano at a room. It was strange that the people in the town could not believe their eyes. The fire had not yet even touched the piano though the whole room was burnt. Many tried to take the piano form the room but all their try lied in vain; they could not even move the Piano a single inch away from the wall.
Paul stepped inside the mansion looking at the burnt walls and ceilings. He was unaware that why he wanted to visit the mansion. For the past few weeks Paul was into many problems that he could even trace why the problems had occurred to him. It was all unexplainable. He felt like something was going to happen and he was unaware what was it.
