And suddenly when everything was over, he felt a deep lying silence with him. The music became milder. He felt a deep pain that was unable for him to withstand. He could not take his hands away from the keyboard and his eyes never moved. Paul was able to correlate how the mansion was on fire; it was Ashley herself who set fire to the mansion. She was unable bear the pain and screams of the souls that she murdered. The souls were trapped inside the blood stained piano. It was the innocent poor souls who played the piano trying to be free from their burden of being trapped. Ashley could not withstand the pain which left the souls to be trapped for ever. Now it was Paul who is going to set them free. All they needed is Paul’s own soul to set their souls free.
His eyes were wet, he cried for the poor soul and for his own. Paul understood how this is going to end. But, Paul was not willing to sacrifice his life. He wanted to live. It was not his fault. After the unbearable pain and suffering Paul was able to come out of the dream of hell. He pulled his hand hard from the keyboard and jumped from the chair. He was filled with horror pain and anxiety. He stood and stared at the Piano for a second. His next thought was to run away from the mansion. But he knew that it was not going to happen. The souls will never allow him to go.
Suddenly the piano started to play; the music was so wild and aloud. The whole room seemed to be revolving around Paul. The walls began to crack and the whole mansion was demolishing with the echo of the piano music. Paul thought for a minute and ran for his life he searched for windows and doors that will let him out of the mansion. But it looked like the whole mansion was shut. It looked to him like a rectangular brick box with no way out. He suddenly thought what Ashley had done. Set fire to the Mansion. He searched for cans of fuel in the mansion, he could see the mansion demolishing, the stairs falling and he thought to act fast. He found a can of fuel, ran to the room and pored the fuel on the piano he lit it by his cigarette lighter. The piano was on fire. He heard the scream of the souls mixed with the music of the piano which hurt his ear. It created a sharp pain in his ears. The whole mansion demolished, and the last thought that Paul had his he set the souls free from the piano.
The next morning people from the town witnessed the demolished mansion, they were all in panic off what had happened to the mansion. After noon the fireman cleared the mansion and the people saw them carrying a black piano as new as it was made the before day. The fireman were unable to explain how the piano the escaped from the demolishing. It was the souls that keep the piano new. And now it is Paul who’s keeping the piano new and alive.
