This is chitra.I am new to this forum.Can anyone please advice me on below

I have booked SWIFT VDI red colour with BIMAL,bangalore on 14th April with initial boooking amount of 10000/- They promised me to get the vehicle in 1 month.After 45 days , they are asking me to pay the full amount and the car will be given only after 20 days of full payment.

All these days they were saying that car is in transit and will be here in a week or so.

And the finance person over there(from BIMAL) is forcing us to get the loan approved soon .( we opted for SBI)

We gave all the documents required for loan to the finance person and after 4 days he told that loan is aproved and we just need to go and visit bank once and bank will deliver the cheques

We thought that once the car is in showroom , we will go for loan and downpayment.

The sales person over there told that since we havent paid the complete amount, the car which is available is allocated to some other person.

Our worry is if the loan gets approved by bank and bank gives the cheques to BIMAL and the car is not delivered to us for next 2-3 mnths ( as swift has more waiting period) we end up paying EMIs with out car.

Please advice how do we proceed.Do we need to pay the full amount without seeing the car ?how it goes usually while buying a car
