Please note that we have already gone through the entire series of events and had scrutinized the matter at our end and identified that the promo code was not entered during the booking process. Kindly note whenever you put promo code at the time of reservation, system will automatically calculate discount. You have not received the discount,as promo code was not entered during the booking process.


Please note, in case if the customer fails to enter the promo code before making the booking, the company shall not be liable to give any credit to the customer after the booking has been made.
