We must address your comments, which are factually incorrect and misrepresent the situation.

Initially, we provided you with meticulous treatment, with your consent, and you even expressed your gratitude. You signed forms indicating your extreme satisfaction with both the aesthetic and functional outcomes.

However, at a later point, you returned to our clinic since some other dentist not only damaged our work but also the tooth which was supporting it. Your treatment was also left incomplete by the other dentist. For some unknown reason, you came barging in to our office demanding that we complete this work initiated by someone else. Although this is strictly against our policy, we decided to assist you purely out of goodwill and offered you the earliest available appointment, which you missed.

Since then you have been rude and screaming at our team over the phone wrongly demanding a full refund for the work which was originally performed by us to perfection and to your complete satisfaction.

We have complete documents with X Ray's and photographs for anyone who wishes to verify this matter.
