I am Bharat, warning everyone about a fraud property dealer in west delhi. He has cheated a lot of people in our area by creating fake buying and selling parties. Eg Recently he created a fake buying party to purchase a shop at cheap rate ie 33 lakh and after 2 months sold it for 50 lakh to someone else. The seller did not get any profit. Like this he has a record of cheating a lot of people in this area. Please refrain from any dealing offered by this fraud dealer.

He first lures the buying people and later does not help anyone in case there is a problem like meter connection, papers etc.
