I bought Kent Mineral RO couple of years back. Never had any serious problem till about 3 months back when the technician came for the yearly checkup. Immediately after the service and spending Rs 1150 machine stopped functioning . This was on 9/9/2012. The real problem started then on. I tried to reach pure water house . They are prompt in responding but the problem is if you have to get the work done someone will have to apply leave and stay back home on a working day. Finally after nearly 2 dozen calls another technician arrived on 3/11/2012and he identified Rs2750 worth of problems. Then on we are getting copious water DIRECTLY FROM THE TAP with no purification whatsoever. And my wait for another technician to come and do the needful has started . when I questioned the service of Pure water house I had a prompt reply from the customer care '' understand OUR problems" I guess they should at least employee someone to answer the calls who has less problems of her own and address the customer problems.. While I was contemplating the idea of carrying the purifier to pure water house office on a Saturday some one directed me to Kent's regional office at Bommanahalli .They promised to send a technician at the earliest to rectify . And I am keeping my fingers crossed. I have already spent Rs4000 with no respite in sight.
