It was a wonderful experience with the services provided by Mr. Naresh from Taj Services - Gorai.

We had placed a call for the replacement of Battery for our Pureit Water Purifier. The call was logged in at 1.00 pm and we were told to expect a visit within 3 working days. To our utter surprise, the Service guy - Naresh was at our home at 4.30 pm the same day.

The person was very cordial and kind enough to explain the cleaning procedure as well as the way the battery replacement was done. I mean, how many service guys even go through the pain of explaining things, they would just do what has been told. But honestly, the experience with Naresh@Taj Services was amazing. Kudos to you guys. Keep up the good work.
