,I have booked Raajnett internet connection on 10th July, I was told installation will be done in 5-7 days by sales rep Mr.sugumar 9962657* & Mr.vijay 9884321, but till date not yet installed( 20th July)I spoke to the sales guy on Friday he asked me to wait till Saturday evening 5 PM I postponed all my programs & waited the entire day, Then I spoke with customer care guys & asked him to cancel the connection he said its been done & ill get call back on Monday to process the refund, Monday I called customer care & found that the call is not been registered on friday so I asked him to register it - He informed me that it is not possible as we have to email them for cancellation, So asked him to transfer the call to manager I was shocked by hearing what manager said " He asked me to call the sales executive to get the refund " So far with three people I spoke & all 3 gave different procedures, So again I called Mr.sugumar he said he will call back in 10 min & update the status, after 45 min I called him for 16 time he dint even pick my call,( It kept ringing, Second call) so called Mr.vijay explained him the actual happening he asked me to wait for 10 min but I dint get call back, When I am drafting this I got call from Mr.Prem Kumar 893986 asking me to wait for 1 more day that is ill get connection on Wednesday, I explained him the scenario & he had no words to speak.
Friends what I would like to say is this is a new company which is trying to establish their service so they have all this problems, But when it has problem in the initial stage I dont think the service would be good, So I am moving out of this connection. I dont know when ill get the refund but will keep you posted Regards
