I faced hell lot of problem when I book a bus ticket using redbus.in, initially id paid Rs.650 for seater volvo AC selecting seabird bus 10 days well in advance for 2 pax and for return sleeper Rs.650 selecting seabird bus, after 2 days for the same bus they show the fare for onward as Rs.550 when I contacted redbus there is no proper response they gave some false information.In my return trip seabird cancelled their sleeper bus and whithout intimating me they shifted the booking to semi sleeper, nearly 12 hrs before my travel they informed me about the change, when I asked for the refund which I paid extra for sleeper bus while they shifted my booking to semi sleeper, seabird said you need to contact redbus for refund, when I contacted redbus they said for semi sleeper and sleeper we charge same fare. At last I lost my money by trusting these to people
