Online Shopping is becoming the next paradigm shift in INDIA..

Are the Indian players like h Rediff, Shop-clues, Tradus, Indiatimes Shopping making the most of it..

Would like to share my experience with Rediff.com - Online Shopping.

Ordered a NIKE combo deo on 1st or 2nd of Aug - Order no - 8338948

7th Aug received SMS/Mail stating product delivered..

8th Aug - I registered a complaint and was promised that product will be delivered in 48hrs..

14th Aug I mailed all details ... till date no response

15/16th Aug after tried calling Rediff but agents are busy...

Finally got connected on 16th Aug.. too my surprise I was told that the complaint was sent for investigation to FEDEX Couriers... but they have not reverted till date

Supervisor Vishal promised will call in 24hrs and product will be delivered in 48hrs...

Players like shopclues, Tradus are miles ahead then REDIFF who is an old player but failed to upgrade their service standards...

I am not the only one.. but there are many such more who have experienced the bitter side of online shopping !!

Are we ready !!
