My name is kamaljit.My concern is I was trying to make a purchase of a Women boots on SNAPDEAL.COM on 29th jan 2016 I made the payment from my account but the amount got debited but order was not confimerd on payment page its shows ERROR.Immediatly I Contacted Snapdeal customer Support they sai wait for 20 mints amount will be auto refunded I said ok.then after 2hours I called up again they said amount will be refunded within 24 hours.i waited again said its ok.the after 24 hours one lady from snapdeal team called me and said the same thing " YOUR MONEY IS SAVE WITH US BUT IT WILL BE REFLECTING WITHIN 48 HOURS" I said ok.they was making me fool every time only just giving me TAT And TAT Not the resolution and even not,my money as well.on the same day I orderd COD Product that product deliverd but not my money.Still M Waiting.Now My Next Step Will be Legal and The Same Thing Will Be posted on Social media.M Very Very much fed up by doing follow ups of my money.
