My today's compliant is against Richfeel tricology center, Bangalore, Sadashivnagar branch. After experiencing and realizing the incorrect treatment given these people, I have written the following letter to customer care to which they have not yet replied. Even the area manager who used to speak very nicely before paying for them, is refusing to answer any more. I have come to conclusion that all these centers are fake and especially established to target troubled public and just to trouble them more.

Whenever I try to call there customer support number, 02266778877, people there don't even speak, there only answers is " is there anything I can help with you" but trust me there is absolutely nothing those people can help you with.

So here is my letter and Kindly be aware if you are planning to go to them. I have had enough with these people and I think it is high time that we all should speak out else these poeple will keep getting away.

My name is Gauri and I am a patient at Richfeel Sadashivnagar clinic, Bangalore.

I first visited richfeel on 19 June 2014 for the sever hair fall occurring due to dandruff(and may be some other reasons). I must say that you have very pathetic and DUMBest doctors in the world(I don't want to go in details as of now). But in the end, the area manager Ms. Seema, somehow was able to convince me to join for 24 session TST, with a promise of reduced hairfall and some hair growth. I paid 2000 on 19 June 14 and Rest of the amount(Rs. 12000) on 23 June 14, along with all shampoos, oils etc.

I even had my first TST on the same day and I experience massive hairfall that day. When consulted with doctor, Mr. Deshpande, who told me that it will remain for first 3-4 sessions and then it is supposed to come down, which in reality never happened.

Even after 10 TST session, neither I could see deceased hair-fall nor the reduction in dandruff. When consulted in doctor Deshapande, everytime the answer would be it would come down wait!

Meanwhile, I had gone to may native somewhere around August firs week for 12 days and I could see some improvement while I was not on the treatment but it again went back to previous condition as I started with richfeel TST again. I thought that the problem was due to change in water and still I decided continued the treatment.

But at the end of August, my scalp was in severely damaged condition, it was itching and bleeding( AND NOW I KNOW IT WAS BECAUSE OF YOUR TST AND DUMB DOCTOR ADVICE).

I finally consulted the dermatologist(SHE IS VERY REPUTED AND EXPERIENCED DERMATOLOGIST IN BANGALORE), and her treatment continued for a month in which period I did not visit richfeel.

TRUST me, I had never seen my hair in better condition with her treatment. All the dandruff was gone, hairs were healthy, my scalp was full(barely visible) and itching had stopped. And mind it, she did not prescribe me any antibiotic medicines or hormonal medicines. Your DUMB doctors do not understand difference between antibiotic, anti-fungal or anti-allergic.

Trust me, if I complaint legally against that doctor, he would loose his licence to treat patients and so will YOU!

Anyways coming back Monday this week(06-10-2014), I decided to resume TST as I was all problem free and full of hairs, and that was the BIGGEST MISTAKE! Because after just one TST on monday, I have lost more than 300 hairs in 3 days(which I have counted myself because my room was full hairs). I have lost more than 60-70 hairs during TST and MIND IT, I was not losing more than 15-20 hairs a day before that. Today also I have seen more than 30 hairs falling while taking bath(which previously was hardly 5-6 hairs). My scalp is totally exposed now in just 2 days after the treatment. It is itching badly, dandruff has started to come back again.

My well treated hairs are a disaster now! I have consulted my dermatologist again and she has asked me stop the TST immediately. I have visited your doctor on Monday before treatment and he has seen my full hairs and I have visited him yesterday(08-10-2014) and even he agrees that there has been severe hairfall in two days and still going ON,even today and I don't know for how many more days.

I spoke to him, I have spoken to Ms. Seema(area manager) many time and everyone is trying to give me some bullshit reasons for my massive harifall in two days.

Now the reason I am writing this letter to you is, I have gone through very irritating, painful and embarrassing situation(from full hairs to visible scalp in 3 days) an all because of your faulty treatment. Your doctors were not able to cure the problems in 3 month but they easily managed to damage and the worsen the problem when everything was going fine. I have PIC from last week and this week after TST where you can easily see the damaged caused. Even Dr. Deshpande agrees to the situation but is not able to provide the solution. I have spoke Ms. Seema several times as well.

Now, What I need is a complete refund of the amount I have ever paid because TST has not helped at all; in fact. it has aggravated the problem at every stage, just I could notice it because of continuous sessions. My 13 session out of 24 are still pending but obviously I am not going to use it. I demand complete refund of the money I have paid because this treatment has put me in really embarrassing condition, you must know that one can loos hairs in two days, but it is going to take more than 2 months to get them back.

I should actually demand for the compensation amount as well for physical and mental trouble caused by you people.

If you can not refund me the money or if you try to neglect this case, I will not mind to take this case legally forward with all the pics of my hairs, and reports from my dermatologist. I do not mind even reporting this in news papers or on social medias, because I know that I have nothing to be afraid of because I am saying the truth all along(with all real pictures with dates, fortunately I have hundred of pics taken in last month with better hairs). There is no way that You people will get away each and every time after troubling customers. I will make sure that you will not.

One IMP thing I forgot to mention, your people had done my hair analysis to show how weak my hairs were. Let me tell you one thing, my hair samples were taken after two TST sessions and hence I do not trust anymore that there was nay problem with my hairs initially, in fact I am sure that this bad condition was the results of your treatment.

I have called you helpline number and explained them the situation and I was told that I would get a call back shortly, they failed to explain that "shortly" would be how shortly even after asking hundred of times, but I will expect a call back real soon. And kindly do not consider me one of your those customers who would keep quiet after this serious issue.
