I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy S Plus I9001 color ~ Black for Order no SUL5467565056 on friday morning(16th march)..In the site they had explicitly mentioned about the colour as black on the title.I paid the entire amount of 19799 and I got it on wednesday 21th March..But I got a White one..It was not my choice.So I called up your support and according to the information I got from there I had shipped it back through DTDC courier service on 22nd Thursday...Also from the courier tracking it has been found hat it has got delivered on saturday 24th March.So I have to know about the refund correctly..It is of a big deal of rupees near 20K.So please let me know when will you schedule the refund process and how many days it will take to get me the money.Please acknowledge me the same..I am kindly requesting you, I am little tensed.Eagerly waiting for your reply..I had sent a mail on past 2 days..But didn't get a reply.So please help me Sir
