I am using reliance broadband connections at coimbatore .Every month at-least one time per month they disconnect the connection after one or three days connection will establish back .If you ask for the waiver they wont give the waiver its really fraud connection .The customer care utter waste people they wont give proper information .If you call fro the complaint they agree you can register for waiver after registering the complaint they reject the waiver request .If any problems is resolved 72 Hr we wont provide waiver .Please think guys at-least every month minimum one time for two three days they disconnect the connection my current my three times disconnecting the connection because of network issue not because of customer issue
