The moment I saw the Jarvis in Iron Man I wished I had a virtual butler of my own.
There was just something undeniably cool about having a personal assistant which would never fail to respond
In a video post uploaded on facebook, Mark Zuckerberg gave a sneak peek into the world of his personal Jarvis, an AI he designed to control his house.
Keeping to the pledge he took at the start of the year, Mark Zuckerberg spent the year learning AI and developing Jarvis using the tools facebook gives it developers on its platform.
The video shows the incredible capabilities built into Jarvis which include responding to text and voice commands, playing music and controlling electronic systems. The AI is also capable of recognizing visitors and throwing t-shirts from a cannon like thing in his closet
Before uploading the video, he wrote a detailed blog post about how he built the system and the challenges he faced during developing the system. Learning from his experience, he also gave his insights on the future of AI.
Mark's hunger for Ai has in no way been satiated as yet, for he asked his followers to comment asking for more use cases to upgrade Jarvis
