I have won a case against a dubious company called VLCC on Jan 2 2009. The court has ordered VLCC to refund me the entire sum alongwith compensation within two months from the date of order, which I have not received so far.

I got a call from a reporter named Kapil Dutta from Hindustan Times the next day who took the details of my case & promised me to publish the verdict of my case in the newspaper so that it will act as a precedence to all others who have been duped by VLCC.

But to my dismay, I find that nothing such has been published & when I call Kapil Dutta he gave me some lame excuses for not publishing. I kept on following up with him, as I wanted people to know how companies like VLCC fool vulnerable people like me & extact money from us & make profits

I suspect Kapil Dutta has taken bribe from VLCC for not publishing my story (story of an ordinary person who invested his time & energy & fought a case against an unscrupulous Co like VLCC & won the case). I want common man to rise up & question such people like Kapil Dutta, who, gives up his morals for some money, as reporters are the ones who should project the evils of the society & not give in to greed & personal gains.
