Convenience fee is basically processing fee which is charged by the airlines, earlier it was absorbed by the airlines however W.EF. 4/May/12 it is directly being charged by the users, Please note that Convenience fee is not a fare component hence it is displayed on the final payment page, and convenience fee is also published on our website under T & C.

Also kindly note that cancellation charges are also published in our T& C which are accepted at the time of booking.We would also like to advise that there are certain travel documents & airlines policies which needs to confirmed and verified by the airlines in order confusion for the passengers.

However as a responsible service provider we had mentioned the standard airlines policies and guidelines on the website.
