In this particular case the website rates was not updated and hence there was a difference in fare while attempting to make a phone booking. However in such exceptional cases we do honor the website fare. I apologize as this was not followed in your case.
Because of this serious oversight, and as a testament to our appreciation of you as our customer, you would get a 10% discount (on the base fare) on the next booking with us. Once the booking is made please ensure the booking reference is sent to me for processing the discount.
