I had applied for Canada work visa in Rudraksh Group. My counselor Name was Miss. xxxxxx and they pass my case to the Head of Department named Miss. xxxxxxxx. She had told me it's a three months process time for Canada work visa and total expenses Rs. 3,85,000 /- and I refused to pay full amount and she said I've to pay part payment now and rest of the amount after the visa.

I had deposited Rs. 1,95,000 /- on dated 26/08/2014 in Rudraksh Group. They gave me refundable amount receipt for the amount I paid. They told me that after 1 month you will get HRSDC letter and after that you will be called for medical.

They continuosly keep on telling me the fake stories after that whenever we give them a call and xxxxxxxx xxxxxx stopped attending the calls and when xxxxxx attend the call, she pass on the call to xxxxx who still keep on telling the lies and new stories everytime. Me and my family visited their several times and everytime a new story. They keep on extending the dates and cheated with me for almost 3 years till today whereas they told me three months process time.

Then I took few people along and went to Rudraksh Group on dated 05/10/2016 and shouted in their office and they gave us a cheque of Rs.1,95,000/- which was dated 03/05/2017(which means the cheque date given to us was after 7 months) . But we still happy atleast they have given the cheque and returned the money even if its after the wait of 7 months.

After the wait of 7 months, then the person named xxxxx rang us on 01/05/2017, and told us not to proceed the cheque before 10/05/2017 and I agreed with him and I went to the bank and proceed the cheque on 11/05/2017 but after 2 days I got a text from the bank that the cheque cannot be passed as the payment has been stopped by the drawer.

I have all the original receipts and the cheque given by Rudraksh Group and looking forward to lodge a complaint in consumer court regarding this. I've wasted my almost 3 years and still not able to get my money back.

If anyone else have the valid proofs and still tolerating their excuses and wanna get rid of their stupid lies, pls do contact me and get along with me to approach media regarding this.

Humbly request to everyone who have not been yet suffered that please don't apply in RUDRAKSH GROUP - MOHALI. they are cheaters and playing with the innocent people by making them fool.
