We had purchased a samsung( GT19060) with cover which prize is(12500+300) from A2Z Mobile shop Jogeshawri E. But he sold defective cover. In starting there are some problem then we ignored. After 10 days we visited at shop, but the sales person not gave any resolution.

I really feel very sad for purchasing Samsung Mobile. Samsung is very reputed company but the behavior of sales person is very bad after sale.

I am old customer of Samsung mobile. I trusted on this mobile company but today your sale person broken this trust.
