Dear Mr Maco,
I’ve always wanted to write down a letter to my girlfriend but in this fast paced advanced century where everything is totally advance, where everyone believe on E-mail or Social Networking sites,you only you came front like an Indian avatar in my life who voluntarily gave his enormous contribution to make my dream possible and my friend honestly I owe you and could not understand how I would be able to return it to you.Your Participation in this process admirable.
May I call you my friend .Is that ok with you? No problem .I can assure you that by the time I’ll take you with me on this adventure ride I’ll become one of your best friend in the world .So Mr Maco Hold me very tight we’re going for a quite adventure rideeeee.
My father always uses to say that “if you want to understand anything then you’ve to fell it or visualize it. So Mr Maco I urge you to visualize each and every single moment which you are about go through in this adventure ride.
Getting the services from u’r company has become like a nightmare for a small kid which can’t seems to get over. I’ve used my tons of potential to get rid out of this I’m really sorry I can’t,I can’t.
Please allow me to provide you some specific details:-
I’m sanjay recently turned in 20 and I had a misfortune to buy a scooty with the help of you company last year in the month of February .
In the beginning everything seems to be fine .It all started couple of months ago when my family was going through the hard times as others do . The most awaited time came for your company and you people made a call to my father . As the nature of my father is quite simple so without making your representative confuse he said “we will not be able to make the payment at time but I will try to get it done ASAP”
On the same day when I was sleeping as I do the night shift I’ve consecutively received 15-20 calls in a row from your employee and I kept explaining them the same thing again and again which causes me a lot of trouble and helped me a lot not to sleep very well .same day I was caught by my supervisor sleeping on my station and I had to go through a long session. The incident for me was like a having a bath with my toaster.
In the following next few days I got 120-150 from your employee which was totally irrelevant,nuisance and touched the peak of stupidity.
Even one of the call went like this:-
My father was already speaking to someone from your company then he transferred the call to me when I asked the representative to transfer my call to supervisor in the hope that supervisor might help me out of this situation his words goes like a bullet in a polyurethane “HUKUM KARO MALIK” Hell this boy seems to be one of my childhood buddy,when again I requested him to transfer my call he proudly raised his voice and tried to insult me,being a human being I felt insulted indirectly he forced me to raise my voice louder than his.
I felt the lack of customer service so I hung up the call, same day he called several times on my father number to teach a lesson(I think so) who made him to put his phone on airplane mode .when he saw the rejection again and again he started to call on my number and made at least 30-35 calls. After this incident I can surely say that Mr Maco your company definitely has no enemies but is intensely disliked by your beloved customer.
Are you with me Mr Maco don’t’ loose me now at least not now
This is just one incident from a series of long one. Sometimes your employee called us several times in the morning to make their mind refresh and every time they had a vulgar conversation with my father in which both parties abuses to each other just after the morning tea . Now can you imagine the day of head of the family in this situation. You know Mr Maco I always wonder how can someone reach to his peak potential in order to break the simplicity of my father .OH GOD,Mr Maco your employees are just like “ZOMBIES WHO EAT BRAIN” but you don’t have to worry about anything you’re safe .
After this awful incident which explode in my family nothing less than a nuclear bomb. We didn’t talk to each other for a couple of weeks when we needed each other most. It lead us to depression and lot’s of chaos in my family moreover as my mother is already suffering from migraine made it even more than worse I could ever imagine .
Let me tell you one thing Mr Maco, some causes happiness wherever they go, other whenever they go. IF I PROMISE TO MISS YOU, WILL YOU GO AWAY? Oh god this smile always scares me . Ok no problem Once again after this incident we tried our best to make the payment at time and we did it diligently .but last time when we are asked to pay our EMI another surprise was waiting for us which was revealed after few minutes that we had to pay extra 50 Rs/- i.e. pick up fee(I wanted to say please save me god at least this time at the same time I thanked god that I was not asked to pay the charges of office boy who serve in your office)strange,quite strange for a while I thought I might be a part of some stupid prank arranged or set up by Naved or any other famous Radio Jockey who are in trend these days. I checked the number twice it was from your company.
Next day I got a call from your employee just to confirm whether we are paying our installments or not. For god sake, do I have to write this thing on stamp paper?
Following next few days your representative called us several times but no one came to take the money. It broke my patience so I asked why I’ve to pay extra 50 Rs/-(I Believe I’m already paying 200 Rs/- for cutover service and got the answer that it’s company new policy and everyone and everyone had to follow it. Which made no sense logically or practically although it made a lot of logical sense to company however this time I was able to reach supervisor his name was “PRANAB” and the conversation goes like this:-
I asked him the same question to him I’ve to pay extra 50 Rs/- he does not seems to aware about this and went totally clueless what’s going on in the organization. By the time he knew I’m also a CCE in international BPO he dramatically changed his behavior by forgetting your beautifully worded guide to solving customer issued and tried well to teach me some word ins English and went totally mad without knowing what he is saying .His words was like this “I work for me, I’ll do whatever they ask me to do, my company is my first priority not the customer”( I don’t remember his exact words)
Congratulation Mr Maco you’ve finally got a loyal employee . Now back to the point once again .may I ask you a question?
Who is your first priority?
Mr Maco how are you felling .Don’t lose me now keep visualizing, keep visualizing, keep visualizing.
As soon as I realize the lack of courtesy I hang up the call next day I got a confirmation call but this time pick up boy came to my home after 5-6 days(once again my heartily thank to god, this company hasn’t charged any late fee on me i.e. extra 300 Rs/-) he handed me two slips i.e. receipt one for EMI and second one for pick up charges and asked me to sign and write “I AGREE TO PAY” Hell another mind blowing twist . Why do I have to write this line on the receipt in which I’ve already gave my authorization by signing it. This time it stuck in my head.
When I refused to sign he made a couple of call first to a lady who wasn’t aware about this and instructed him to call Mr. X wasn’t aware about this either and went on totally clueless. The funniest part was Mr. X is working in your company as a MANAGER(lolz manager, ops Mr. Maco hire me I can work better than him, I was the performer in my last company, I’m enthusiastic,optimistic moreover jobless at this time)and gave the instruction to write it down by himself and at last he said we’ll manage.As the pickup boy already been through a situation,he denied to write it in order to save his job then again he made a call to supervisor yes,yes,yes u’r right “PRANAB” and transferred the call to me meanwhile of the call somehow I manage myself to have a glance on the screen of the tablet . I was stunned when I saw the lead which was being followed by the pickup boy .few of your customer(I believe) who were paying more than Rs 2500/- are not suppose to pay pick up charges eventually it reminded me when the pickup boy persuading me to write the same. He flipped couple of pages of bill book to show me that other customer has already been through this procedure.
I Knew that “PRANAB” does not possess even a single skills of customer service and again he started to interrupt me to transfer the call again then he made a call to his Sr Team Leader who him the instruction to come back.
Now you can relax for a while Mr. Maco but keep visualizing, keep visualizing.
After this whole incident I decided to take the help of consumer court .They suggested me to write down a letter to your company and urge you to all the legal documents or papers in written which can show me how you’ve implied this policy on your customer . So I did the same and sent you a hard copy along with the e-mail on 9/3/15.
As far as I know I never received any kind of documents from your company.

Finally the day before my EMI date one of your highly trained employee “NISHA”from complaint department approached me and asked the reason of my displeasure. I had a long conversation with her and when I asked her “last time I sent you a mail and you people responded within a day but this time when the issue is big,what cause you to call me after 10 days “ she said sir, we’ve received your letter yesterday,she was certain and determined on her words but it confuses me how could anyone possible on earth receive a letter which was already being delivered at address 5 straight days ago(I‘ve proof). Somehow I persuaded myself she might has received the letter yesterday but on the same day e-mail I’ve sent you the email as well. Now I started to believe she wasn’t lying she was just writing fiction with her mouth .I asked her another question that when I saw the lead followed by pickup boy some of them aren’t suppose to pay pick up charges why? She answered this is applicable on only those customer whose policy is already being lapsed. I asked her so why didn’t you mention this thing on your website again irrelevant answer came with full of load “ THESE ARE SMALL THING WHICH IS NOT NECESSARY TO MENTION ON WEBSITE” . Somehow the call got disconnected and someone called me up just the day before yesterday in regard s of the same unfortunately I was sleeping and could not respond the call.
Yesterday my father has received a message from your company on the dead line date if we’ll be unable to pay by today we’ll be charged extra 300 Rs/- and the date is 25/3/15. Let me tell you one thing. Last time I’ve made my payment on 29/3/15 without any late fee .This may help you to see how unorganized your organization is,you even bother yourself to arrange a call or send me a text just to let me know that today is the date of paying my installment.(So why am I paying those Extra 200 Rs/-)
At last Mr. Maco this is not a joke. I’m totally frustrated with your services let me tell you one thing “WE ARE NOT RECEIVING YOUR SERVICES FOR FREE, WE ARE PAYING FOR THAT” and this is how you run your business or company.
I believe your company is not enough competent to meet the expectation of customer and your employee has done me and my family a lot of massive psychological damage, emotional and financial loss which could not be reimburse at any cost that is why I’m circulating this letter among all popular news channel and newspaper all around the entire Country in the hope that it might help someone in future moreover I’m uploading this letter on internet. Within couple of days you’ll be able to see my website and blog. Finally I’m in the process of filling up or go through all the legal procedure to lodge a complaint against your company.
