Hello everybody,


Here is the list of commitments of Airtel's different executives and how Airtel breaks them:::


Before taking connection:


1) Sales executive commited::


If the line will be dead for a day Rs. 100 will be credited to cutomers account as per "Service gaurantee"..


How Aritel's other executive breaks it:::: There is not such process in existence so we wont give it.


2) Sales executive committed I will get Rs.500 talktime (Airtel to Airtel) in the first month including STD.


How it violated::: After I took the connection he moved from his words and said only local Airtel to Airtel is given.


After Taking connection::


3) At the end of the first month, while I asked to cancel the connection they offered me waiver of Rs. 300 to retain the connection..


How this commitment broken::: While I saw the update, only Rs. 150 was waived and noted down on their end without informing me that they have talked with me in this regards..


4)Again for the month of Aug-Sep, because of the poor service and dead lines for the 4 days in a month and wrong calls in my bill which were not done by me, I asked for cancellation. They put a third class condition that they will give waiver for the of Rs.444.20 for dead line and wrong calls only if I retain the connection.


How this commitment broken?::: While retained the connection they said they have not committed anything. While mailed to care.karnataka@airtel.in, for each mail different executive were talking everyday and asking same question from the beginning.. and atlast they refused to accept their commitment...


So now again I' ve put cancellation request and they dont have any problem for cancellation but they are very much sure that they wont keept their words.


This is the worst experience in my life I have ever gone through.
