Our Kinetic Honda DX, with ever shinning Silver body, which joined as a member of our family on 2nd October in the year 1990 serving us without break, is heading towards completion of its Silver Jubilee year. The day on which the vehicle stepped in our premises, was really a great moment in our life. We felt proud to ride the vehicle, start just with a press of a button and accelerate and zoom. In the midst of crowded vehicles, in every signals we used to zoom leaving behind all other ones. Its pick-up was astonishing. With front and back orange indicating lamps, those were the years the indicators introduced for two wheeler, it was a pleasing sights during night. We never hesitated to go around in our Kinetic during the late night, that was the confidence level we had on this vehicle.

It has shared plenty of incidents with us. During these 25 years, twice it appeared before the RTO officials to certify the fitness and once its body got an additional cot of silver paint. Around 10 - 15 years we didn't faced to locate right service centers. but slowly found it little tough. Appreciate my brother-in-law, who during his vacations attended to our Kinetic, removing entire spares including the electrical circuits, replaced the damaged ones, and reassembled with utmost perfection, In fact he had fixed an additional switch to ON and OFF the vehicle without handling the ignition key. Actually, his support and care helped to boost the health of our Kinetic. By this time, for last 25 years, I would have carried tonnes of load on it. Our family, consisting of four(4) members enjoyed the ride on it. Even though we had met with accidents, mainly because of the bad road conditions, we escaped without major injuries.

Considering the overall comfort level, and its reliable service, we compromised the mileage part of our Kinetic. Twenty-five(25) years left behind, still we prefer our Kinetic to go around any where any time close by to our residence. It is a marvelous piece of a two wheeler, just any one who has gained the balancing of cycle can handle it with confidence. Hats off to the entire team who developed and marketed this vehicle.
