I was impressed by some of my colleague and purchased Smasung mobile chat@c3222 model. It is still worst mobile having software problem which I never had in Nokia mobiles. It has a problem that if we press the keypad very faster then it will automatchandru021y switch off and after few seconds automatchandru021y switch on. My colleague is working as demonstrator (Samsung Product Consultant). With the help of that person I got software updated. Even after that the problem occurred after 15days. Then I sold out that mobile and purchased an android mobile with verti key pad on 20th April 2012. The model is galaxy pro duos b5512. From the day onwards it has a software complaint that the sd card is keep on scanning. Some time a message will occur that the sd card is unexpectedly removed, due to this you may lose some data. Within few seconds automatchandru021y it will scan the sd card and say the sd card is ok. The mobile demonstrator bluffed after showing this complaint he pressed to store the factory settings. I myself formatted the phone 6 to 7 times and vexed and asked the mobile demonstrator to get it replaced. Then he took the phone from me and handed over in service center. After 76hrs they updated the software and returned the same set and told to me that as per company policy they are able to replace the set. I am working as division manager in S R R E-City and prestigious showroom taking care of home appliances division. Even my porpriter is not able to talk to the sales people to get the replacement. And I have a good relation with the Samsung sales team, then also I am unable to get the replacement. After getting the phone from that mobile demonstrator I thrown that entire mobile with packing in dustbin. Normally I used to suggest Samsung products to my customers. Now I got such a bad experience from Samsung.

By this I would like to inform to my near and dear that pse do n’t by the Samsung products (mobiles). In case if you have any complaint pse go to consumer forum and get the compensation. And try to give info to your friends.
