I have ordered a mobile from snapdeal,they have told me that it will reach within 7 working days but that hadn't occurred .After calling them many lot of times I realized that it is just wastage of time and money as they don't care about their customers problem so I have decided to take the issue to different customer forum.After involving them today I have received the product but without invoice.I have purchased the mobile as I was getting money from my company for mobile but since I am not having any bill I can't claim the reimbursement. I was required to produce the bill within 2 months of purchasing the mobile so today I have again called their customer care .But the reply which I got was disgusting.They told that my complaint has been registered and It will again take 8 days to process my complain and than they will send the invoice through courier but I don't think that even within that time frame they are going to deliver the product

So it is my sincere advice to all please don't purchase any product from snapdeal.
