I havepurchased Samsung S3 from Sanpdeal. I have some problems with phone. not getting battery backup, while playing music it get paused, phone turns off any point of time. I place the complaIN. I was suppose to get call in 24-48hrs but did not recived call from sanpdeal after 72hrs. now they asking me to visit Samsung serice center to get letter stating my have has a defect. without that they cannot replce or provid me with refund
