it is really bad I purchased a lot from snapdeal but when it is their turn to give me the service they cheated to me.about an year ago I had a talk with few of your executive because few of my memory cards and card readers are not working and when I contact you your executive assure me for replacement and suggest me to send non working product via courier then I do the same and updated you the awb no to track the courier .later on I did not get any response from you.

the executive who suggest me to do so was mr GAURAV and he also assure me that he will refund the money which I paid as courier charge in the form of sd cash.now when I try to contact the c care no I am unable to do so.so I request you to please resend the product to me .

i already send you the awb no of first flight courier company I do it again -----W269O619O.
