trying to trust online shopping is becoming difficult with the way they are dealing with us. about a month back I have placed an order of three sarees with snapdeal. out of which I returned two because of their quality. initially before placing order I have been told that there is a reverse pick up facility in bareilly. once I called up for returning the products I was told to send it on my own & I will be paid cash for the courier, then even after 15 days when I didn' treceived my cash for courier & I called up snapdeal I was told that I wil get SD cash within 48 hours. since then I have called snapdeal 4 times but I have neither received cash nor any response from them everytime their representatives say "yes mam, we will forward your complain to our seniors & you will get it within 48 hours but till date I have not received any amount or response.

I would request all consumers dealing with Snapdeal to BE AWARE OF SNAPDEAL as they make false commitments like-

YES WE HAVE REVERSE PICK UP FACILITY IN YOUR CITY ACTUALLY IT IS TAYN TAYN FISS;

WE WILL GIVE YOU CASH FOR COURIER PLZZZZZZZZZ TO DO ON YOUR OWN PHIR TO DEKHI JAYEGI FASO TO SAHI;

WE DON'T GIVE CASH WE WILL GIVE SD CASH ARE KAUN MANGTA HAI AUR KAUN DETA HAI;&

MAM YOU WILL RECEIVE I IN 48 HOURS, WO 48 HOURS JO HAMARE PAAS KABHI NAHI HONGE.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO PLZ BEWARE OF SNAPDEAL & SAVE YOUR VALUABLE TIME & MONEY. THEY ARE FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
