I have booked bajaj dc 2016 air cooler on 13/05/2013 on snapdeal.com.shipping date given to me 16/05/2013. But they extend it to 19/05/2013. But till now they hvnt ship the product. On calling customer care they take too much time to pick phone and said delay is caused by bajaj. Whey they show it available even when they do not have it in stock
