Dear All , I herewith provide my feedback reg the Sri Vaishnodevi yatra conducted by Nepal pilgrim Travel, chennai. This was my second trip with their organisation after the sitarama mukthinath yatra in March 2013. Like old times, the Tour manager Mr.Sunil extended the usual hospitality, welcoming the pilgrims on the Platform of New Delhi Railway station. The accomodation @ Delhi was worth to be mentioned. Located in the prime location @ walkaway distance from New Delhi Railway station, the hotel was luxurious in every aspects. The fellow tourmates were enrolled in such a manner that nearly 80% of the Pilgrims were old customers of NPT, on their second r further trips with NPT. We also learnt that a mass cancellation of more than 20 members of a single family was done on the last moment due to their family illness. However that didn't affect the spirit of NPT group in conducting the tour and maintaining the iterinerary, food, accommodation etc., That thing is worthy to be pointed with great appreciation. That proves NPT is not focused towards profit alone. Hats Off. The transportation was by good Air-conditioned coach with a safe crew Amit. The topmost appreciation is to be recorded regarding the selection of an excellent tour assistant Pankaj . A young chap with excellent hospitality and he put much effort day to day from coordination the tour members in spite of their variety of moods, providing food and guidance to the pilgrims and following tour managers expectations. He exercised care in simple matters such as selection of places for lunch , refreshments etc., at places where safety was a priority. I smell some excellent tour management strategy in that guy with a magnificent Body language. NPT should definitely consider to engage guys with similar management habits so that their job could be accomplished pleasantly. The entire tour was a pleasant one with like mindset people who maintained much decency and calmness throughout the tour. The visit of places in amritsar was wonderful with a leisure program @ flag ceremony, Wagha border. I had a wonderful darshan of Sri Vaishnodevi @ Katra, Jammu. The road travel on Jammu-Srinagar Highway will be in memoirs for a long time. Enormous efforts were put-forth by the organisers during the visit of pilgrimage spots in the most sensitive places around Srinagar in Kashmir and in remote locations of Himachal Pradesh. I don't think any other tour operators in south region offer tour to those Shakthi peedams around Kangra/ Northern HP. I feel whole hearted satisfaction regarding the tour and looking forward for another good opportunity to spend some time with NPT. Thank you.
