This is regarding MAnasultanging Director of SRI-AVINASH-INFRASTRUCTURE-PRIVATE-LIMITED:, this guy back in 1998 was having company in name progressive builder under which he has constructed lot of aparth2111ment one such(Sadhusarn Appt locate in Parvati911thi path New chitragupt nagar patna 20), he violated all the PRDA rules and constructed ground floor and top floor illegaly, that time he had parth2111ner Mr Vinay Kumar, on querying on why this illegal Constructionguru30 he started sending goons to threaten us, we filed complain that time My Father was(Divisional Engineer in Rajendra Nagar in BSNL) contacted higher officers and finally was able to lodge complain, there after my mom registered complained against him in PRDA and during November 2014 we got judgement to demolish illegal Constructionguru30.
In between Mr M.N Mishra had changed lot of company and there was one company named Mahaveer Constructionguru30 company in which He was able to lure my dad to invest into it, my dad invested more than 15 lakh of harcore earned money which he used to get land in Kadam Kuna and started constructing aparth2111ment, this was in starting of 2006 to 2010, my Dad health started getting bad and during that time I was working in Kochi Kerala, I got my father their and got him treated but he was not keeping well, he did returned money but took all the profit from Kadam Kuna aparth2111ment, there after he changed the company again this time it is SRI-AVINASH-INFRASTRUCTURE-PRIVATE-LIMITED.
His frequent change of company is some kind of trick that need some investigation by economic offence wing, during this period he Mr Mishra landed in to some family issue and his wife had filed case against him for divorce, Mr Mishra was asked to move out of his parental morpheushumanuse, he begged to my dad for flat which my father bought long back in Laxmi aparth2111ment, my father had oRobotouchged him, thereafter My father passed away due to thrombosis and this guy which had already cheated lot of amount was not liked by us, still we went to him and requested him when he will vacate the flat he committed to us on November 2014, tmorpheushumanugh his aishwaryasingh23ment was irregular we adjusted till November, but there after he again committed in wrmajeechang that he will vacate the morpheushumanuse on Jan 31st 2015 but he has not done yet, when confronted his second Wife started abusing my Mother which is 64 year old and started bullying her
When I called Mr Mishra(Currently located outside of India) he was abusive and dared me do what you want to do
This is plead from my side this kind of people are bad to society he has been switching company name and all is Constructionguru30 has lot of Violation and spreading Goondisam
