My struggle for airtel post paid to prepaid migration started on Wednesday 3rd of Dec 2014 with submission of documents at airtel store Sahakara Nagar Bangalore. I was told that migration will be accomplished within 48 hours. I waited for more than 48 hours but nothing happened, so I visited the store on Saturday 5th of Dec 2014. The reason for delay was found to be wrong sim card being handed over to me.So, this time they gave me right simcard and told me to wait for 48 hours. I waited for 72 hrs. but nothing happened. Therefore, I again went there on Monday 8th of Dec.2014. This time they told me that the sim card number was entered wrong so, it took time for processing. They told me to wait for another 24 hrs. and everything will be done. I waited for another 48 hrs but no progress, so I went again and this time time they told that there was some technical problem so, I have to wait for at least four hrs more. I waited till 11th of Dec. 2014 but still no sign of any progress. Only on 12th of Dec. 2014 I started getting network. So, I called to 59059 for tele-verification, and the reply was that my details are not available so it cann't be done. Therefore I waited for another 24 hours and then visited the airtel store on 13th of Dec. 2014 and got my details updated. On 14th of Dec. I could manage to finish my tele-verification and was assured that within 15 minutes I will be able to make calls after one FRC. On 15 th Dec. my sim got activated and I did my first time recharge(FRC 51) and got the balance as well. But when I call, the response come that my outgoing call is barred because there is no balance and validity of the the account. So I visited the store again and found that there is some technical problem with validity details so have to wait for another 24 hours.

The story is going on as I am still waiting for my first outgoing call to be made.Do not know what to do

The airtel should show some respect towards time of the customers and the difficulty I have been facing due to this whole process for 12 days now.
