one of my friend ordered a pair of Woodland shoes from this site , I was really very surprised how one can order an Apparel online.One day I was going through this site and what I found that a wrangler Jeans is costing me half the showroom price. I was really surprised and I was really confused whether to order it or not but I thought better to order it, I placed the order , soon I received a call from customer care regarding the details of my order.I was really surprised by the service that they provide to their customers. After 5 days I received the order . So this was the trailer of the movie but this was certainly not the happy ending. I received the wrong order I mean wrong size , I called the customer care filled a complain they told me within 48 hrs somebody will be for the reverse pick up.I told them its ok but 3 days passed and no body was there to pick up my order neither a call was there from their side regarding the matter
And the story began now I use to call daily for the update but their cooperation stared fading , no body seems to be interested for solving this issue. I finally called and this time "LOKESH" a customer care representative picked up the phone and for the first time I realized that atleast some one I there to tackle the problem. I told him to cancel my all orders and inquired about the reverse pick up. He very politely told me that sir due to some problem they cant arrange the reverse pick so I will have to courier this article back to them by my self.
I couriered the order back to them on the same day , after receiving the order they called me for the options what I want, I reordered the article and I received the correct order this time thanks to "Lokesh "who not only coordinated with me but because of personal care I m still active with "YEBHI".
It is very nice e shopping site but it certainly need to do some thing to improve the consumer retailer relationship.
Here r some of the suggestions to improve the facility:
Atleast be in touch with the consumer in case of late delivery after all online shopping is all about Service and commitment and if not keep them informed my mailing regarding the problem.
Order should go through serious checking before packing and delivery as wrong order not only creates problem for the customer but for u also.
There should be provision for the delivery information that the customer has received the article or not u don't bother to inquire about that but one mail can serve the purpose.
Stick to your commitment or u will certainly be outdated becoz u r not only in this business there are lot of other companies who r in the same business so make the customer believe that u r different from them and u really care for ur customer.
Put the invoice details inside the packing also it will hardly cost u around Re 1 as in most of the cases the invoice detail is absent with the order.And if some one calls you to mail the invoice details u don't bother to mail that receipt to him because u think that if order is delivered u r job is over
but my dear this is not window shopping , And this is not a gift from ur side customer has paid u for this its your responsibility to provide the receipt , or u will be in gr8 pain some day.
