I have a very bitter experience with Photon+ advance rental plan. As per their site (https://tataindicom.com/hsia-usb-tariff-personal.aspx), they are offering Rs9000 advance rental plan for photon+ 2gb download.

I called tata Sr. executive from tata teleservice ltd , kolkata. But he told me that his zonal head is not giving permission to give me this plan.

I called zonal head(kolkata) but he told me that his CEO is not giving permission to sale this plan.

It was very frustrating situation. I asked zonal head to give a line to CEO, kolkata but he could not give the line.

If tata is not providing this service, why it is still in their site? It must be recalled.

I am not recommending anyone to go with photon+. They must be penalized for harasment of the customer.
