Don't buy Tata Photon Post Paid Connection ,Very Worst Customer Service ,

Issue 1 : I have applied Tata Photon Connection,Immediately they delivered to my home with pre activated Instrument,Unlimited Plan Rs/950 / Month

Next day it will disconnected ,i called customer service ,they said documents proof not rec'd,so disconnected like that they replied ,Then After 15 days only it was activated ,but they have charged one month rent for Rs / 950

Issue :2 : October 31st 2011 I went to Tata Indicom store and request them to disconnect my Post paid ,They said ,we have no rights to disconnect or cancel ,so you will contact customer service ,they disconnect as per your request ,like that they said .

I have called customer service November 1st 2011,they also not ready disconnect ,they replied if we take your request ,it will take one week to cancel,so you will send mail to our Customer service team .

Tata Photon custmer service take your compliant and disconnect with in three days ,like that telecallers replied .

then I told ,pls disconnect immediately ,i am not pay any further rent to you ,after that I went to Bangalore and after one month I came ,till my tata Photon is active ,they will not do any process ,i have recd Bill for Nov'11,

Then customer care person said ,we can't disconnect with due amount,once clear your due ,then only we take your request ,then I have paid due amount Rs/900 + with out using Internet .

Finally they have disconnected last week 9th Dec 2011 (After 45 days ) and converted to prepaid .Rs/325 charged for this prepaid convertion,

But now Without using net ,this month dec 2011 I have received bill again .i don't know what I have to do ?

Totally Rs/ 3000 TATA PHOTON Cheated .VERY VERY WORST SERVICE .
