Hi All,

Yesterday I BOUGHT TATA PHOTON+ data card from patna.The salesperson at the outlet were lacking costomer orientation.They were behaving as if they were doing a great service by selling their data card to me(despite the fact that I had paid Rs.1800 for the data card!).Secondly they all mt relevant detailf like correspondence address,mail id etc. incorrectly and the best my dear friend is still to come when I tried calling their customer care,to my utter surprise it was switched off.overall I am quite dissatisfied with their so called service(they have yet to offer one!).
